Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Customized products, perishable goods, and intimate items are not eligible for return unless defective.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you about the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a full refund or replacement.
